Our community is anchored by these four core principles:

AUTHENTICITY:
Just showing up is simply not enough to build a truly  supportive community. Integrity and compassion must be central to our interactions for shame to be kept at bay and thoughts and emotions to be shared with confidence.  We’re the real deal, and we expect you to be real with us, too.

DIVERSITY:
Each woman brings her own valuable experiences and perspective, even as we come together on this shared journey. We recognize the importance of respecting one another’s differences as well as elevating the positive aspects that unify us. We value what each of us brings to the table.

EDUCATION:
The simple fact is that we don’t know what we don’t know. But to be set up for success, it’s critical to seek out resources, explore options, and be well informed about the implications.  We value learning in all its forms, but especially personal growth that opens eyes, opens hearts, and opens doors.

COMMUNITY:
A nurturing community provides more than just collective wisdom and support, it also offers a forum for creativity, humor and a fresh look at ourselves. We know that satisfaction and positive health outcomes are directly linked to a strong sense of belonging and connectedness. Simply put, we are better together. We value a community that is greater than the sum of its parts.
